Just got a new printer today and was surprised that I could print from my phone ....feeling like a child with a new toy!

I just installed this app, I did a test page and everything worked great.

Excellent app. Would be really nice to be able to link my Western Digital My Cloud drive so that I could copy my scans directly to it.

I have an Color Laser Jet Pro MPF M477fnw and this AiO Printer Remote App will not recognize my printer no matter what I do on either my iPhone or iPad. I tried connecting via WiFi and HP Direct, but no luck. I have no problems whatsoever with my HP ePrint app recognizing my printer, so Im not certain what the problem is with this app. I also have no problem connecting to the printer with my MacBook. What a shame. The app seems like it would be pretty cool for my iPad/iPhone, but it just simply will not work with this new printer. Im a fairly tech-savvy guy, so I truly believe my issue is not operator error. I hope this glitch gets fixed soon!!

This app adds so much value to my printer! I can do ANYTHING, effortlessly, from anywhere. I am truly in awe.

The app crashes immediately after I try to open it

Hardest part was remembering my iTunes password. Otherwise this was easier, faster, and better than expected. Great job HP!!

This app crashes as soon as I open it every time. Ive reset app and phone and no luck.

Love this app... Keep up the good work. Just one thing though... I use the app on my iphone & i wud like to suggest an "open with" feature for sharing of documents from the app. The current feature with cloud accounts is very good of course and adding an open in feature would just seal the deal! Also, the file size is much more larger with "document capture" compared to scanning with scanner and then importing to phone.

Great printer

The app will only allow you to scan 3 pages at a time and then it produces an error message. Ive tried everything to get it to scan more pages but no go. Pretty much useless for scanning!
